1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 538,905,420 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 15, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff is entitled to claim payment of 538,905,420 won in total for textile products supplied by the plaintiff to the defendant from 2004 to the date of full payment, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day after the copy of the complaint of this case is served to the day of full payment.
