Purport of claim and appeal
The first instance court.
1. The grounds for admitting the judgment of the court of first instance are the same as the part of the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, they are cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
(The plaintiff is basically repeating the same argument in the first instance court, while considering the allegations and reasons why the plaintiff partly supplemented in the trial, the decision of the first instance court is justifiable even if the witness D bears the witness testimony added in the trial.
2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
