Defendant

A is a person elected as a candidate for the election of the president of G Saemaul Credit Cooperatives (property 100 billion won, representative 140 won, members 14,000), which was implemented on January 21, 2016, and is the representative of the above G Saemaul Credit Cooperatives (property 100 billion won, representative 14,000 won, and member 14,000).

No one shall provide money, valuables, entertainment or other property benefits to any member or his/her family members for the purpose of having him/herself or any specific person elected as an executive of a credit cooperative or preventing him/her from being elected, and receive such benefits.

1. Defendant A

A. On January 3, 2016, the Defendant, with a view to being elected as the president of the G Saemaul Bank, requested B, a representative in HGho-gu, Daegu-ro, Daegu-ro, Daegu-ro, 295, to vote well at the time of the election of the president of the G Saemaul Bank.

“A white bag containing 500,000 won (50,000 won) shall be issued, and on January 20, 2016, 21:46, the above B shall be requested to be a small number of car within the 500,000 won (50,000 won) and a large number of car shall be requested to be stopped in the G Saemaul Treasury parking lot located in Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

B. For the purpose of being elected as the president of the G Saemaul Bank, the Defendant requested C, a representative, to be elected in front of the K in Daegu-gu J on January 6, 2016, in order to be elected as the president of the G Saemaul Bank.

“In doing so, 300,000 won (60,000 won) issued a white bag in this note and provided C with KRW 300,000 won.
