A. The defendant T&A Co., Ltd. shall pay 340,000,000 won out of 1,127,196,274 won and the above amount. < Amended by Act No. 8853, May 5, 2008>

On February 21, 2007, the branch mutual savings bank concluded a credit transaction agreement with Defendant T&A Co., Ltd. on the credit limit amounting to 3.4 billion won, the credit period expiration date of Feb. 21, 2008, interest rate of 11% per annum, and damages for delay rate of 2.5 billion won per annum, and Defendant A, B, and D jointly and severally guaranteed this amount within the limit of 4.7 billion won.

On May 23, 2008, the divided mutual savings bank transferred the above claims to the Plaintiff.

As of May 22, 2008, the principal amounting to KRW 3.3 billion, interest amounting to KRW 787,196,274 remains. As of May 22, 2008, the Plaintiff claimed for the principal amounting to KRW 340 million, interest amounting to KRW 787,196,274, and damages for delay.

Articles 208(3)2, 150(3)(a)2, 150(3)(a) of the Civil Procedure Act, Defendant A, B, and D Civil Procedure Act, a corporation with applicable provisions of applicable provisions, are Articles 208(3)3 and 194(a) of the Civil Procedure Act.
