When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

1. Any person who intends to engage in development activities, such as changing the form and quality of soil in violation of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act shall obtain permission from the competent Mayor;

Nevertheless, on January 15, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent Mayor, performed dump trucks and dump trucks during the construction of detached houses, and performed development activities on a total of 24 square meters, including 13,368 square meters from December 2014 to April 2015.

2. A person who intends to divert farmland in violation of Acts and subordinate statutes shall obtain permission from the Minister of Food, Agriculture and Forestry.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authority, cut and filled up the ground in the manner described in paragraph 1 from the Sin-si and Seoyang-si as described in paragraph 1, and converted the total amount of 2,551 square meters from December 2, 2014 to April 2015, as shown in attached Table 3, the Defendant used a total of 4 square meters from around December 2014 to around April 2015.
