1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance citing this case is identical to the ground of the judgment of the court of first instance citing this case as it is in accordance with Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
(2) The court of first instance is justified in finding and determining the facts of the first instance even if the evidence duly admitted and examined by the court of first instance appears to have been submitted by the defendant to this court, and there is no error as alleged in the grounds of appeal by the defendant).
