A shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won, and by a fine of 400,000 won, respectively.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Defendant

A and Defendant B are residents of the U.S. D apartment located in Ulsan-gun, who are people of the “Emergency Countermeasure Committee”, and the victim E (the age of 54) is a person who is deemed to have entrusted F and G with the aforesaid apartment management committee.

1. On August 27, 2013, at around 16:10 on August 27, 2013, Defendant A: (a) removed the public notice door attached to his apartment entrance 5-6-7 and 6-7 on the ground that the victim’s attachment without consent from the apartment management committee; (b) removed the victim’s back to the parking lot; and (c) carried the victim’s back to the end and down to the end of the car, and (d) caused assaulting the victim’s back to the end of 2-3 times by putting the victim’s left arms by hand.

2. Defendant B removed the notice door attached to the above apartment entrance No. 1-2 of the 5-dong apartment building No. 5-dong 1-2, and brought the victim to a parking lot with the parking lot, Defendant B caused the victim to suffer the loss of the victim’s left shoulder by putting the victim’s hand, putting the victim’s hand, leading the victim’s hand at the entrance of No. 1-2 of the 5-dong 1-dong 5-dong 1 and 5-dong 1-2 Ra, leading the victim into the victim’s seat belt, leading the victim to approximately seven days of medical treatment.
