Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant was in charge of the payment of labor costs and the management of funds at the job placement office in the trade name of the victim C, which is operated by the victim C, in the event of occupational embezzlement.

D Company introduced workers in a female number of days in advance, paid wages to workers in advance, and managed funds by depositing them to the defendant or returning them in cash when the workers received wages from the company after working in the company.

From November 20, 2012 to November 22, 2012, the Defendant introduced eight female workers E, etc. to the business entity, and then, during the course of occupational custody for the victim, the Defendant used the total amount of KRW 18,885,000 from the said business entity for personal living expenses, etc. around that time, the Defendant arbitrarily released KRW 80,00 from the post office account (F) in the name of the victim of the bank account in the bank account in the place where the victim was in charge of the fund management of the placement office at a closed time on December 14, 2012, and escaped with the same day after receiving KRW 30,000 from G, a worker, who was in charge of the payment of the funds at the placement office, and received KRW 30,000,000,000 for the victim.
