However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is the president B.

On July 25, 2016, the Defendant submitted a false complaint with respect to B to the police officer in charge of name in the public service center of the Tong-gu Police Station, which is located in 53-ro 53, from the luminous-si, in a luminous-si drawing.

The written complaint is that "B, which is a low-end fraud, was operated in late 2002 and thereafter operated a low-end rice farm on his behalf. B, while raising a civil lawsuit in 2016, was forged and shipped in his name. B, was trying to forge a written labor contract and claim for retirement allowances, four premium payments, and B had also forged a written labor contract and converted B into the low-end X-gu factory's low-level and B joint name by forging the written labor contract. Accordingly, B is punished for forging private documents, uttering, and fraud."

However, around March 20, 2007, the Defendant: (a) prepared a lease agreement with B on the content that the above Ri farm is leased to B and the proceeds are divided by 50%; and (b) thereafter, the Defendant prepared a “labor contract” with B to the effect that “I will prepare a labor contract form betweenp and B because it may cause a problem in compensation if the land is expropriated during B; and (c) entered the content that the same as the above lease agreement is divided by 50%.

In addition, around March 1, 2011, the Defendant drafted a partnership agreement with B, stating that the same content as the above loan agreement is divided by 50%. On August 24, 2011, the Defendant entered into a partnership agreement with B, stating that B, establishing a U.S. X-gu factory on August 24, 201, the Defendant’s business registration is defective as B’s sole name, and that the Defendant’s business registration is not a joint owner’s name” with B on August 25, 2011, and based on the above partnership agreement, B is the representative column of the business registration certificate.
