1. Defendant A
A. From October 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed theft and attempted theft, the Defendant: (b) committed theft and attempted theft, with a cable equal to KRW 100,000,00,00 from the market value of the victim H, which was loaded on a G freight vehicle parked in the parking lot on the frontway in Busan Northern-gu, Busan around 09:0 on October 27, 2017; and (c) committed theft, from January 28, 2018 until January 28, 2018, committed a theft or attempted theft of an electric cable equal to KRW 9,40,000 in total, eight times, such as

On November 18, 2017, around 08:07, the Defendant: (a) invaded on a structure; (b) invaded into the company via an open space below the entrance; and (c) stolen electric wires worth KRW 2,290,000,00 in total on six occasions, including the two pages of the daily list of crimes in the attached Table 2, from the time on January 15, 2018, from that time when the victim J, located in Busan Northern-gu, was intruded into the company through the open space below the entrance.

On November 20, 2017, around 01:25, the Defendant: (a) went into the “K” operated by the Victim J in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, and intrudes into the company through an open space below the entrance; (b) from then on December 30, 2017, the Defendant stolen electric wires worth KRW 4,300,000,000 in total on six occasions, such as in the list of crimes in attached Table 3, until December 30, 2017.

On December 2017, 2017, the Defendant embezzled, without taking necessary procedures, such as returning the victim N's driver's license to the victim, on the front side of the Ma Ma Ba L in Busan Northern-gu, Busan.
Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.
2. Defendant B is a person who carries on water in the name of P in Busan Northern-gu P.
On October 27, 2017, around 09:30, the Defendant purchased electric wires owned by the victim H, as set forth in the above 1-A.
In this case, they are engaged in the sales of scrap metal.
