On March 27, 2012, at around 16:30 on March 27, 2012, the Defendants, at the “E” office located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, 1608, exchanged with the victim G (29 years of age) about the defects that occurred in steel products exported to Switzerland company “H”. However, the Defendants, instead of via the victim, heard that Hasco and “H” directly discuss the defects in steel products.
