2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On March 21, 2012, the Plaintiff prepared a power of attorney to transfer each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”) with respect to the Defendant and the owner of the Defendant (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”). - Real estate: each of the instant real estate - the delegating: the Defendant, the mandatary: (a) the Plaintiff: (b) the Plaintiff shall sell each of the instant real estate at KRW 550 million (including the establishment of a security right; 2.12 billion won); (c) the mandator shall sell and delegate each of the instant real estate to the mandatary; (d) the agent shall prepare a real estate sales contract at KRW 50 million; (e) the actual purchaser and the mandator shall be responsible; (e) the transfer income tax on the sales amount of KRW 200 million; (e) the remainder of the outstanding real estate shall be paid by a certified judicial scrivener at the time of payment; and (e) the agent shall receive the remainder of the registered real estate at the time of payment; and (e) the seller shall also pay the remainder to each of the aforesaid real estate in cash.
