However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On April 201, the Defendant provided D with a 'C' as security and used 4.5 million won from the 'C' to use the 'C' as security, but was willing to lend a vehicle from an interester or another rental enterprise to the said D and to provide it as security and to repay the said loan with an additional loan borrowed money.

Around October 28, 2011, the Defendant made a false statement to the Defendant’s house located in the Seoul Mapo-gu E or in the PC room located in the same Dong, called “I will use and return E-cub cars for one month if I lend E-cub cars to the victim G in Seoul Mapo-gu.”

However, as above, the defendant thought that he would immediately offer a car as security and borrow money from the victim. At the time, there was a revenue of KRW 1,500,000 per month without any specific property, but it was not sufficient to meet the living expenses. Since the defendant bears the personal debt of KRW 20,000,000, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to return the car to the victim by paying the above money within one month.

As above, the Defendant deceptioned the victims as above, and took over the I Eccoo car equivalent to KRW 27 million at the market price in front of the Nowon-gu Office in Seoul Special Metropolitan City on the same day from July 9, 201 to November 22 of the same year, and, as shown in the attached list of crimes from July 9, 2011 to November 22 of the same year, deceiving victims over a total of 11 times in the same manner as above, and acquired 11 vehicles worth KRW 250,419,00 in total from the victims.
