On April 14, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for 8 months with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes at Seoul Southern District Court (Indecent Acts at Public Smuggling Places), and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on July 17, 2014, and is currently in the grace period.

On January 31, 2015, at around 01:40, the Defendant committed an indecent act by taking advantage of the victim’s head, arms, and turth’s condition that the victim was unable to resist, by taking out the victim’s head, arms, and turth from the victim E (here 19 years of age) at the 1st underground floor of Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
