1. The Defendant transfers to the Plaintiff the right to claim the payment of deposit money deposited with Seoul Southern District Court No. 2017 Gold 5803.
1. On August 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) leased the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Building D; (b) 608 KRW 18 million; and (c) monthly rent of KRW 1.8 million from Nonparty C.
On September 2017, C deposited the deposit balance of KRW 16,343,091 as Seoul Southern District Court 2017Hun-5803.
On October 2017, the Defendant confirmed that the de facto lessee of the above lease agreement is the Plaintiff and promised to transfer the right to claim the payment of the deposit to the Plaintiff.

2. According to the fact of the fact of the recognition of the panel, the defendant expresses his/her intention to transfer to the plaintiff the right to claim payment of deposit money deposited by Seoul Southern District Court 2017 Gold 5803, and is obligated to notify the Republic of Korea of the assignment of the above claim.
3. The plaintiff's claim for the conclusion is justified and acceptable.
