However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is a person engaged in the business of operating B vehicles.

At around 00:00 on June 2, 2018, the Defendant, at the time of Cheongju-si, sent a shooting distance from C to D from C to D.

Since the location is a private-distance intersection where signal lights are installed, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to operate in accordance with signals by accurately manipulating the steering direction and brake system.

Ultimately, the Defendant by such occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim G, on the part of the victim H (the 27-year old-old) who was accompanied by the damaged vehicle for about 3 weeks, on the part of the victim H (the 27-year-old age-old), such as the right-wise francing aggregate necessary for the treatment of approximately 10 weeks, on the part of the victim I (the 29-year-old), and on the part of the victim J (the 45-year-old age-old), on the part of the victim I (the 29-year-old), on the part of the victim I (the 45-year-old age-old), on the part of the victim's vehicle for about 2 weeks of medical treatment, on the part of the victim K (the 36-year-old age-old) who took advantage of the damaged vehicle for about 2 weeks.
