1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 11, 2019 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. On April 8, 2015, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 100 million to the Defendant on December 31, 2015. The Defendant paid only KRW 30 million out of the above loan to the Plaintiff.
Therefore, the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit to receive the remaining loans from the Defendant.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
