A. On August 27, 2015, the Defendant entered into a D Contract with the content as shown in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) between the Plaintiff and the Defendant’s insured Defendant’s headquarters C (the Deceased) and the period from August 27, 2015 to August 27, 2030. The main contents of the insurance coverage security and the terms and conditions related to the instant case are as follows.

Bodily Article 2 (Definition of Terms) of the General Provisions of the Insurance Terms and Conditions: He shall not inflict bodily injury upon his body due to a sudden and incidental accident that occurred during the insurance period.

(2) Where the insured dies as a direct result of an injury during the insurance period, the company under Article 1 (Reasons for Payment of Insurance Money) of the Guarantee Name Injury and Death (of monthly payment), the amount of insurance coverage 1,000,000 won (of class 1-2 of the Insurance Terms and Conditions), shall pay the insurance money to the beneficiary on the date on which the cause for payment of insurance money under this Guarantee occurred (including the date on which the cause for payment occurred) for

Where a person dies due to a death insurance amount paid once as the kind of insurance money, the amount of insurance coverage of this guarantee shall be determined and paid monthly for ten years;

B. On September 1, 2015, the Deceased transferred the front crosswalk located in Jinju-si to the emergency room of G Hospital (hereinafter the instant traffic accident) while crossinging the pedestrian red signal, and was hospitalized. From September 4, 2015, the Deceased was transferred to H Hospital and was hospitalized. From September 4, 2015, the Deceased was transferred to the first hospital and was transferred to the second hospital with no open address, and the first bral bral cerebral cerebral tymsis, the first bral wus, the first flick, the head of which had no open address.
