Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On May 14, 2014, around 10:30 on May 14, 2014, the Defendant driven Bone Star or a car without obtaining a driver's license from the front side of the Daejeon Pungdong Pungdong Station to the front side of the same Gu Pungdong Pungdong Toluene.

1. The Defendant has a history of criminal punishment of KRW 1,500,000 on the grounds of sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, following the cancellation of a driver’s license by causing a traffic accident around 2004.
Nevertheless, the defendant has been driving without obtaining a driver's license and has increased potential risks on traffic safety.
Therefore, there are some circumstances that can be considered for the Defendant to commit the instant crime.
Even if there is no criminal punishment equivalent to the order, it shall be subject to criminal punishment.
It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
