1. On May 2, 2017, from around 01:50 to around 02:10 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened an entrance at which the key was found to find up and distribute the key in front of the “CG” of the operation of the victim CF located on the third floor of the building located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul; and (b) invaded into the said door, and (c) carried out a total of 110,000 won in cash within the payment period of the gold transfer and KRW 190,000 in cash within a simplified credit cooperative.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

From 02:06 to 02:22 on the same day, the Defendant opened a locked door at the 4th floor of the Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu CH’s CH building before the “CJ” in the operation of the victim CI and opened a locked door and intruded into the locked, and the Defendant possessed the cash amounting to KRW 83,000, which is the victim’s possession in a simple safe.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.
