1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

Reasons

In accordance with Articles 117(2) and 120(1) of the Civil Procedure Act on August 25, 2017, the court ordered the Plaintiff to offer a security for the costs of lawsuit pursuant to Article 117(2) and Article 120(1) of the same Act, but the Plaintiff did not offer a security within the period prescribed in the above order from the date the above order to provide a security became final and conclusive. Thus, the court decides to dismiss the instant lawsuit
