The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

The gist of the defendant's appeal is that the punishment sentenced by the court below (four months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable, but in full view of the various circumstances, which are the conditions of sentencing as shown in this case, it is not recognized that the punishment sentenced by the court below is too unreasonable, and therefore, the above argument is without merit.
