On March 16, 2016, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 5 million with a fine of KRW 5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), on June 23, 2014, a summary order of KRW 4 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Sungnam branch support center, and on September 1, 2008, a summary order of KRW 2 million with a fine of KRW 2 million with a penalty of KRW 2 million with the same crime at the Jung-gu District Court on September 1, 2008.

On August 2, 2017, at around 01:35, the Defendant driven a B-A motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 500 meters, without obtaining a driver's license, from the road near the station of the entrance of the subway located in the same city, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the front distance of 192-192-6 of the same Gu, from the road near the entrance of the subway located in the same city, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the same Gu.

"2017 Highest 4485"

1. On August 24, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a BAR car from 122-3 to 15km away from 122-3 to 15-1 in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, without obtaining a driver’s license on August 24, 2017.

2. On the 25th day of the same month, the Defendant driven the said car at the section of approximately 200 meters from the front day to the underground parking lot, in a state of drinking 0.209% alcohol concentration in blood at around 02:20 of the same month.
