The facts in which the cause of the claim is indicated (However, the “creditor” is changed to “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” is changed to “Defendant”) can be acknowledged by viewing the overall purport of the pleadings in each entry in the evidence Nos. 1 through 5 (including the serial number).

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the overdue interest calculated by the rate of 15% per annum, which is the overdue interest rate from December 12, 2017 to the date of full payment of the principal amounting to KRW 113,341,847 and the principal amounting to KRW 30,949,955.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
