1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 133,00,000 as well as the interest rate from August 23, 2006 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim: 1% of interest per month on October 11, 1997; 133,000,000,000 won loaned to the Defendants on March 5, 1998; and damages for delay (a claim for the interruption of the extinctive prescription period in the Seoul Eastern District Court Decision 2006Gahap5909 delivered on October 26, 2006).
