The Plaintiff (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) asserts that the mutual title trust agreement with Defendant E was concluded with respect to the land of H 910 square meters of land (hereinafter “instant land”) indicated in the attached Form, which is located in Busan Seo-gu, Busan (hereinafter “instant land”) on the claim against Defendant E, and sought implementation of the ownership transfer registration procedure on the ground of the termination of title trust on the date of delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.

In full view of the overall purport of the statements and arguments as to Gap's evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against defendant Eul in Busan District Court around 1991 as to the remaining 164m2, excluding the part of the above land specified by defendant Eul, etc., as to the co-owners and seven others, who were co-owners of H 1693m2, Busan Seo-gu, Busan, Busan, for the implementation of the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of the termination of title trust on the date of delivery, under the premise that the mutual title trust agreement with defendant Eul was concluded with regard to the above land, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the plaintiff for the implementation of the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer on the land of this case on the ground that "the defendant completed the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of cancellation of title trust on June 15, 1993, and completed the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer on the land of this case on the ground of the plaintiff's claim against the plaintiff, etc.
