The Plaintiff is a company engaged in the development and manufacture and sale of semiconductor equipment. By April 28, 2014, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with the static PC, etc. and received only part of the price from the Defendant. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the price of the goods unpaid at KRW 120,369,247 and the delay damages from April 29, 2014, following the date of final delivery.
