1. The Defendant’s KRW 21,600,000 as well as 5% per annum from November 1, 2003 to September 12, 2016 to the Plaintiff.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act (a judgment without holding any pleadings);
3. A partial term Plaintiff filed a claim for the payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from September 1, 2016 to September 12, 2016. However, 15% per annum, which is the interest rate for delay under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, shall apply from September 13, 2016, following the day on which the copy of the complaint was served, and the interest rate of 5% per annum as to the damages for delay prior to the application of the interest rate for delay. Thus, the part exceeding the amount calculated at the rate of 5% per annum from September 1 to September 12, 2016, shall be dismissed.
