However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On July 27, 2020, the person who was named in the cause of the organization of the 2020 order 2638 order the victim to deliver money to the person designated by himself/herself or money to the person who was named in the victim B by telephone at a non-place on July 27, 2020, and misrepresenting himself/herself to the employees of the financial institution.
