1. The defendant shall pay 3,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from December 20, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the claim is as shown in the [Attachment 1] and “the cause of the modified claim.”

(‘Creditor’s “Plaintiff” and “debtor” refer to “Defendant”: Provided, That on January 16, 2015, the Plaintiff reduced the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the delivery of the request for purport of claim and cause modification to the claim to the day of payment.

2. Judgment by publication of the basis (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
