1. Facts of recognition;

A. On May 30, 2013, the Plaintiff operating the C architect office entered into a contract for D Remodeling (hereinafter “instant construction contract”) with the Defendant, the owner of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Ground Buildings (hereinafter “instant building”) for eight weeks from the commencement date of construction, and the contract amount of KRW 110,00,00 (Additional Tax).

B. At the time of the instant construction contract, the Plaintiff attached a written estimate and a detailed statement by type of work as indicated below to the documents attached to the instant construction contract.

C. On July 6, 2013, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to extend the construction period to 10 weeks from the commencement date of the construction, and to additionally pay a total of 25,000,000 won for the following additional construction works connected to the instant construction works.

The Defendant paid all the instant construction and additional construction cost, and the Plaintiff completed the instant additional construction work on or around the end of November 2013.
