On November 11, 2010, the Defendant: (a) opened a file box (www.ftilm.co.kr) website, an Internet file sharing site, and opened a file as a DNA “C”; and (b) allowed many and unspecified persons to download the file without the copyright holder’s permission; (c) from that time to May 6, 2012, the Defendant acquired a total of 1,042 video works files as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and acquired a total of 520,000,000 sets, and used the file to convert a total of 260,000,000 won to cash until January 201, 2012, thereby infringing each copyright holder’s right of reproduction and public transmission for profit.
