1. The Defendant shall pay C and each Plaintiff KRW 150,00,000,00 per annum from March 8, 2015 to the date of full payment.
1. The Plaintiff, on August 18, 2006, lent KRW 200 million to Nonparty C, KRW 50 million on the 28th of the same month, and KRW 250 million on the 250 million on the 28th of the same month, and the Defendant guaranteed C’s performance of the obligation to return the above borrowed amount.
The plaintiff was paid only KRW 100 million from C, and the remaining KRW 150 million was not repaid, and the plaintiff notified that the payment was made several times.
Therefore, the Defendant, the guarantor, is liable to pay to C and each Plaintiff 150 million won with 20% interest per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint to the day of complete payment.
