The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, except that the respective disability of the court of first instance 1, 16, and 2, 7, “the disability” of the court of first instance is deemed “the disability” as “the disability,” and thus, it is acceptable in accordance with Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main sentence
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
