1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
The judgment of the court of first instance shall be revoked. The amount of dividends to the plaintiff shall be 58,58,000 won in the dividend table prepared by the said court on April 2, 2015, and the amount of dividends to the defendant shall be 58,58,000 won in the Daegu District Court 2014, 16043, and the amount of dividends to the defendant shall be 00 won, respectively.

The reasoning of this court’s explanation concerning this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where “Defendant A, who is a creditor,” under Section 3, Section 12 of the judgment of the court of first instance, is deemed to be “the Plaintiff, who is a creditor,” and therefore, it is also cited by the main text of Article 420
2. Conclusion
Therefore, the judgment of the first instance court is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
