A Imprisonment for one year, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of five million won, Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of three million won, Defendant D, E, F, G.

1. Defendant A, along with L et al., invited foreigners who wish to be employed in the Republic of Korea in the four arms to enter the Republic of Korea for the purpose of visiting the temple and experiencing the tampus, and recruited them to acquire the price.

On April 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) provided the inspection certificate, identification number certificate, etc. to L with the name of the inspection of M religious organization in order to use it for the NAF; (b) recruited four-three foreigners in collusion with N that is a local hub and intended to illegally enter the Republic of Korea on the spot; (c) drafted a letter of invitation stating the false details to invite them to visit the inspection of the M Religious organization and to take part in the Tbliology on April 27, 2012; and (d) invited the aboveO to enter the Republic of Korea on May 14, 2012 through the submission of data of the M Religious organization related to the issuance of visa to the Republic of Korea through the Incheon International Airport by inviting them to enter the Republic of Korea in an unlawful manner, or refused to enter the Republic of Korea or to obtain a visa.

2. Defendant B, as the chief of a P religious organization, recruited foreigners who wish to be employed in the Republic of Korea with L et al. in connection with the local hub of the PP religious organization, to enter the Republic of Korea by falsely inviting them to enter the Republic of Korea for the purpose of visiting a temple and experiencing a tamptory and experience.

On April 17, 2013, the Defendant lent the name of a P religious organization to L, and L prepares a invitation letter stating the false details that L is invited to enter a P religious organization’s temple and experience in the Tbbliology, and submitted data of P religious organization related to the issuance of visa to the Jeju NA Embassy, and intended to enter the Republic of Korea by inviting Q, but the Defendant was refused to issue a visa and attempted to do so, as shown in attached Table 44 to 48.
