If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On April 14, 2008, at around 03:17 minutes, the Defendant driven B vehicles in front of 173 of the same year, which are the control place, in the main state of blood alcohol concentration of 0.071% (the result of blood collection) without a driver’s license for a car at around 03:17 minutes.

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act of the provisional payment order;
