1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won;
2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On April 18:15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) reported that he was drunkly on the street B in front of the Hanam-si; and (b) obstructed the Defendant’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the maintenance of public order and security by the police officer D, etc., on the grounds that D/D was broken out, the Hanam Police Station C district guards of the Hanam Police Station, which called out after having received a report that he was under the influence of alcohol in front of the Hanam-si, and obstructed the operation of the patrol vehicle; (c) fat the bats of D, which restrains the operation of the patrol vehicle; and (d) fat the bats of D’s bat with both hand and the left bats.
