A around June 18, 2018, in the vicinity of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Office located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, sold 50 game machine 50,000,000 won, Defendant H sold 13,000,000 won of “space War 2” game machine, and Defendant I had Defendant I install (one-day “Scaming”), and around June 21, 2018, received KRW 5,00,00 as the down payment, and transported 50,000 won of the “space War 2” game machine operated by Defendant H to the said K Gameland operated by Defendant H.

Defendant I, upon contact with Defendant H around June 21, 2018, who was subject to the prior communication from the above K Gameland, to the effect that the game machine was arrived at around the above K Gameland, was automatically carried out without any operation of Leber, and if a specific image appears in accordance with the probability that the game was carried out automatically without any operation of Leber, it shall be installed in a modified state to discharge multiple items card units, and the remaining 15th unit of the "space 2" game machine was automatically carried out without any operation of Leber, and if a specific image appears, it was installed in a altered state to discharge an item card, and in return, it was issued KRW 1 million.

Defendant

H installed 50 game instruments modified from June 22, 2018 to July 3, 2018, and operated K Gameland.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to provide game products with contents different from the contents of the rating classification.
