A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
9.8 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
No one may sell, sell, or smoke marijuana, but the defendant has sold, sold, or smoked it as follows:
1. Around October 15, 201, the Defendant: (a) transferred to D one million won for the purchase of marijuana, as the price for the purchase of marijuana, to a deposit account in the name of E in his/her custody; and (b) received, around the 18th day of the same month, the 240 grams of marijuana sent by the said D at the point of the Gyeongdong-dong Seoul Western-dong Seoul Western-dong 724-2, the 18th day of the same month.
Accordingly, from around that time to April 3, 2013, the Defendant purchased marijuana equivalent to 2,340g in total on nine occasions, as shown in attached Table 1, from around that time, to around that time.
2. Around October 15, 201, the Defendant sold marijuana: (a) transferred KRW 500,000 from F to a bank account in the name of the Defendant in the name of the Defendant for the purchase price of marijuana; (b) issued approximately 35 grams to F and G in the middle of the same month, Hongmun-gu Seoul Western-dong 265-65 neighboring alley-dong 265-65.
As a result, the Defendant sold marijuana to F and G from around that time to April 24, 2013, and sold marijuana equivalent to 611g in total, 13 times, as shown in the attached list 2, from around that time.
3. Smoking marijuana;
A. On September 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) Haman Hadon Hadon Had on September 201, 201: (b) Hadon Hadon Hadon Hadon’s “J’s loss” of the I’s operation in Mapo-gu Seoul; (c) Hadon Hadon Hadon Hadon Had on pipes made of the booming day, and

B. Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with I and L, carries out marijuana.
