On December 18, 2015, the Defendant reported 112 as a parking fee issue at the D parking lot located behind the C Bank located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, a parking manager, and reported 112 to the police officers dispatched, who voluntarily drive his/her car at his/her own discretion and got him/her to go beyond the floor. The Defendant made a verbal report to punish him/her, and operated the “parking” in the Fream Zone of the Gwangju Mine Police Station, and was next to the process.
