If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

1. On October 29, 2012, the Defendant: (a) 23:21 on October 29, 2012, in the “D” room operated by the victim C in Gangnam-si B; (b) PC usage fee and drinking water, and (c) was committed as if they were to pay the price.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the above PC usage fee due to the lack of money in his possession.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received the amount equivalent to KRW 463,00,00 in total from the victim, namely, the PC usage fee of KRW 342,00 from the victim, and the PC usage fee of KRW 121,00,00 and the cost of drinking water.

2. On November 13, 2012, the Defendant, around 23:31 on November 13, 2012, was in the “G” room operated by the Victim F in Gangseo-si E, and was committed as if the Defendant were to drink the PC user fee and fruit, etc. and to pay the price.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the above PC usage fee due to the lack of money in his possession.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received the amount equivalent to KRW 9,600 from the victim, namely, the PC fee equivalent to KRW 3,800, and the PC fee equivalent to KRW 5,800, and acquired it by deception.

3. On November 11, 2012, the Defendant: (a) 14:08 on the part of the victim I located in Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si; (b) went to the “J” room operated by the victim I; (c) PC usage fees and drinking water, and (d) said payment would be paid.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the above PC usage fee due to the lack of money in his possession.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received from the victim a sum of KRW 102,400,000, such as the PC usage fee of KRW 68,00 and the cost of drinking water of KRW 34,400.

4. On November 17, 2012, the Defendant: (a) 22:40 on November 17, 2012, when the victim L in Gangnam-si operated by the victim L, the Defendant saw the PC usage fee, drinking water, etc. as if he were to pay the price.

However, the defendant's intention to pay the above PC usage fee due to the lack of money held by him.
