1. The defendant shall pay 7,224,200 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from August 15, 2018 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor as the defendant). 2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 7,224,200 won with 15% interest per annum from August 15, 2018 to the day of full payment, and thus, it is so decided as per Disposition.
