A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. No one, other than an attorney-at-law who has violated the law of defense, shall promise to receive money, valuables, entertainment or other benefits, to handle or arrange legal counseling, preparation of legal documents and other legal affairs concerning a litigation case or other general legal case, in connection with such case;
The Defendant, from around 2007 to around 201, operated the publishing company of “E” in Ilyang-gu, U.S., U.S.D., and maintained the relationship between the State F (hereinafter “instant company”) and the business partner, which led to the failure of the said company to repay on or around October 201, the Defendant, upon becoming aware of 12 workers with the introduction of G, a representative employee of the said company, decided to receive wages and retirement allowances on behalf of workers.
The Defendant agreed to have the Defendant, excluding the amount equivalent to two years and six months’ benefits, from among the amount recovered by delegation of all acts regarding the disposal of movable assets and securing of attempted bonds of G and other workers. The Defendant, upon delegation, received a complaint on behalf of the said workers at the Cheongyang Branch District Court on October 17, 201 (201 tea 2037) and received the order for payment on October 19, 201, and received the order for payment on behalf of the said workers at the Supreme Court on November 16, 201, and received the order for payment on behalf of the said workers on behalf of the said workers. The Defendant, upon receiving the complaint of the 17322 from the 14th Government District Court on December 9, 201 and submitting it to the 20th Government on behalf of the said workers at the 20th Government branch court on behalf of the said Government on December 16, 201, and submitting the application for distribution on behalf of the said employees on December 16, 2019, 2015.
