In light of the relevant legal principles and evidence, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the criminal intent of defraudation in fraud, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the criminal intent in fraud, as alleged in the grounds of appeal, in the judgment of the lower court that convicted the Defendant of the facts constituting an offense in the judgment of the first instance on the grounds as indicated in its reasoning of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
