1. On September 20, 2016, the National Labor Relations Commission rendered unfair steel remedy between the Plaintiff and the Intervenor.

Reasons

The Intervenor joining the Defendant (hereinafter referred to as the “ Intervenor”) is a corporation that employs approximately 1,170 full-time workers and engages in the development and supply of housing sites, the improvement of housing construction, supply and management business, etc.

(A) On March 17, 2004, the intervenor originally named, changed from the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Urban Development Corporation to the Es. Es. 17, 2004. As of September 1, 2016, the plaintiff entered the Intervenor’s corporation on March 19, 191, and worked as the Intervenor’s leader of the Construction Project Headquarters B Project Headquarters C from January 1, 2015 to October 1, 2015.

On September 9, 2015, the Intervenor received the referral of a civil petition filed by September 3, 2015, stating that “part of the Intervenor’s employees, including the Plaintiff, receive golf links,” from the presidential secretary’s office, and received information from the same purport on September 14, 2015.

On November 9, 2015, an intervenor held a personnel committee for the Plaintiff and decided to take a disciplinary measure as follows, and notified the Plaintiff on November 13, 2015.

(hereinafter “instant demotion”). In relation to the duties of disciplinary grounds, entertainment acceptance and entry in the real name of the register of the use of the golf course shall be entered.
