On July 2012, the Defendant came to know of the fact that the Victim B and C had not been able to collect money from his female, with the knowledge of the fact that he had not been able to do so.

On February 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 10:00, the Defendant, at the time of Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, as the place where a mountain pelke-dong located in the south-gu, Seoul-gu, the Defendant said that he would know to his husband that he would know to his husband that he would not pay money to his female.

The Defendant, as such, asked the victim to pay money from 11:00 on the next day to 11:00 on the following day by taking advantage of the victim’s attack, but did not pay money to the victim.
