A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
30,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
On January 25, 2006, the Defendant sentenced the Changwon District Court to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the above punishment on November 21, 2006.
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. At around 18:00 on November 2, 2007, the Defendant issued approximately 0.03 grams of psychotropic drugs-related Mepopa (one-name Mepopon) to D at the 302 inn room located in Sacheon-si C, Sacheon-si.

2. At around 21:00 on June 19, 2008, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 grams of psychotropic drugs, in a color-based cargo vehicle parked on the street in front of the F in Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si, by melting approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs into aquatic water.
3. At around 20:00 on April 25, 2013, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 grams in his dwelling room located in Sacheon-si G in the foregoing manner.
