Facts of recognition
The defendant is an organization established on January 1, 200 by the residents of the Namyang-si C in order to succeed to the custom and traditional culture of the region and promote friendship.
As of January 1, 200, the defendant, as of January 1, 200, stipulated in Article 5 of the articles of incorporation that the qualifications of the defendant's membership shall be regular members, but in the case of the death of a member, only one male member shall be succeeded to. On April 30, 2005, the amendment amended that the membership shall be divided into regular members and associate members by holding an extraordinary general meeting. The amendments are as follows.
Article 5 (Qualification for Membership) (1) Members shall be regular members and associate members.
(2) The qualifications for members shall be regular members, who are registered on the register of members and who actually reside in the village.
(3) Where a regular member is dead, only one person from among successors (spouses and lineal ascendants) may be succeeded to as a member.
Only a person who actually resides in a village may become a regular member.
(4) The eligibility for a new member shall be a regular member only who has not emigrated from the fleet to the other region on April 30, 2005 and has actually resided therein, and a person who has obtained approval after the resolution of a general meeting shall be registered on the register of regular members.
(5) Where a regular member moves to another area, he/she shall be an associate member.
Article 6 (Succession to Membership) (1) A person who is qualified as a member shall submit to a defendant the following documents within three months from the date of death of a regular member:
1. A certified copy of resident registration. (2) When the defendant receives a document under paragraph (1), he/she shall examine the agenda items at the operating committee or general meeting, determine whether to join it, determine whether to join it, make a verbal or broadcast thereof, and register it on the register of members
(3) If a person fails to comply with Article 6 (1), he/she shall be deemed to have no intention to subscribe and shall be automatically waived.
