1. The Defendant calculated 25 million won with respect to the Plaintiff and 25% per annum from March 1, 2013 to the date of full payment.
The following facts are not disputed between the parties:
On September 7, 2011, the Plaintiff lent to the Defendant KRW 20 million, and KRW 10 million on August 31, 2012 at an annual interest rate of 30%, respectively.
Since then, the current loan principal remains in KRW 25 million through partial repayment, re-lease, etc., and interest accrued after March 1, 2013 has not been paid.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff interest or delay damages calculated by the rate of 25% per annum for the Plaintiff from March 1, 2013 to the extent of the agreed interest rate.
The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
